We have 4 directors who take an active role in the operation and management of this important, customer focused service:

Morton Huckfield

Morton was a member of the St John's Ambulance Service for twenty years when he spotted a gap in the market for a private ambulance business, which offered a more personal service. Over the past 27 years he has watched the business grow to successfully service the changing requirements of the NHS, nursing homes, special needs schools, events and local businesses.

Betty Huckfield

Betty is Morton’s wife, and since the business started she has played an integral role in the growth and development of their private ambulance service. And today, whilst her role is less operational, she is still very much involved in ensuring that all patients and customers receive a consistent quality of service, their levels of comfort, health and well-being are maintained and their needs are always met.

Marcus Warner

Marcus is married to Morton and Betty’s daughter Annmarie. He worked part time for the business before becoming Company Secretary in 2002. He has been a professional driver for over 23 years and has a wealth of working knowledge and experience of private ambulance services. Very much a people person, Marcus takes a lead role in the day to day operations and management of this busy service, liaising and communicating with staff, patients and customers on a regular basis.

Annmarie Warner

Annmarie is Morton and Betty’s daughter. She started working for the ambulance service on the Special Needs Team, when she left school. Annmarie now takes a lead role in the running of the Special Needs Transport Service and has been working on the same route for the last 25 years. A care professional, Annmarie uses her expertise to ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of all patients and customers.
